Inspection before balance
Production runs are inspected by SGS, who we engage and pay, before the balance payment moves. A failed inspection stops the shipment, not your bank account.
The number, before you commit
Scope, fee model, and price in writing before anything starts. What is billed separately gets listed, not discovered.
A straight no when it's not us
If your product doesn't need an agent, or our warehouses aren't the right fit, we say so and point you at the better option, even when the better option isn't us.
